  • Spinning - Spinning classes are a great way to get in a vigorous workout -- burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape -- especially during the off-season. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose.
  • Yoga - Combines the movement of the body to the breath. Learn the form and structure to each posture or asana for a great workout that increases muscular strength, endurance, tone and flexibility
  • Zumba - This is a Latin inspired dance toning program. It's a combination of cardio dynamic resistive exercises using light weight training to provide the participant a redefining total body workout!
