  • Cardio / Strength / Cardio Mix A Lot - will get your heart rate pumping and torch calories all while increasing your aerobic fitness, flexibility and strength. Classes could consist of aerobic dance, step, intervals and kickboxing.
  • Kickboxing Cardio Boot Camp - is a cardiovascular and endurance class providing a high intensity, calorie burning workout stimulating boxing. This boot camp style workout incorporates strength, cardio, core and flexibility. Punch & kick your way to a fitter you!
  • Interval Training - This class is a mix of high intensity and low intensity cardio, weight and sculpting.
  • Pilates Sculpt & Tone - A sequence of precise movements that strengthen your core and trim your waistline, giving you a long, lean body; great posture; and increased confidence
  • Spin - takes you on a journey that is designed to provide you with a great fat burning & strength building workout. Ride along at your own pace and resistance level on hills, sprints, climbs runs and jumps to music that motivates you to the finish line.
  • Strength and Sculpt - is a workout that challenges all of your major muscle groups using light to heavy dumbbells, bars, bands, body weight exercises and more. This class is different all the times so your body gets strong and sculpted.
  • Tabata & Abs - is a high-intensity interval training workout featuring exercises in 4 minute cycles. Exercises are performed for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest for 4 minutes, then on to the next cycle. Class finishes up with a great abdominal workout.
  • Yoga - Combines the movement of the body to the breath. Learn the form and structure to each posture or asana for a great workout that increases muscular strength, endurance, tone and flexibility
  • Zumba Toning - combines targeted body sculpting exercises and high energy cardio work with the Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie torching, strength training dance party. Zumba toning sticks are used to work every muscle group while you groove.
